Change of vehicle ownership

When a vehicle sale is produced, the owner's name must be changed in favor of the buyer.

In this case, the age of the vehicle must be taken into account as well as its historical value, given that there is an exemption in Catalonia in the ITPAJD (Tax on Patrimonial Transfers and Documented Legal Acts), making vehicles that have more than 10 years old and not of historical value, they will be exempt to these taxes, causing that they only have to pay the rates of the General Direction of Traffic.
