Administration of communities and estates
We take care of the management and integral maintenance of buildings with own insurance brokerage and direct dealing with all insurers.
We carry out the administrative, economic, accounting and fiscal management, as well as the necessary technical assistance.
In Gestoria and Finques Medinyà Sant Feliu de Guíxols we are administration of Communities and Farms since 1960, and we administer more than 4,000 properties.
We have at your disposal a professional team that will manage the community, from the legal, economic, labor relations and Aryan areas of urban planning and architecture with a team of services of works and maintenance (pallet service, electricity and gardening).
We also carry out the annual budget estimates of the community, as well as the issuance of receipts and collection management (tracking of delinquencies). We carry out controls and supervision of works and maintenance tasks, with constant contact and communication with the owners through e-mail, by phone or in person (both in our offices, as well as in our communities and other domiciles).
We process habitability certificates, tourist floor licensing, valuations and appraisals, as well as making community, housing, living, appliances, deeds and civil liability insurance.
We manage all the procedures related to Public Administrations, both with the Local Administration and with the Generalitat.
We have a team of professionals specialized in the administration of farms, which allows us to identify the needs of each farm that we manage and to offer fast, effective, specific and personalized solutions to each person.
We carry out annual audits of the ordinary costs of the community (such as cleaning, lifting, electricity and insurance services), budgetary control, accounting and balance in real time as well as non-performing loans.
