We carry out controls and supervision of works and maintenance tasks, with constant contact and communication with the owners through e-mail, by phone or in person (both in our offices, as well as in our communities).


We process habitability certificates, tourist floor licensing, valuations and appraisals, as well as making community, housing, living, appliances, deeds and civil liability insurance.

We manage all the procedures related to Public Administrations, both with the Local Administration and with the Generalitat or State.
